Exercise
It is important to exercise over an extended period such as 20 mins to 1 hr at least 3 times per week to get optimal benefits such as:
Increased energy - which lasts all day!
Preventing disease
Helping you sleep at night
Improved heart and blood vessel health
Improved circulation
A sense of well being and happiness
Stress and anxiety relief
Improved stamina
Strengthened and toned muscles and bones
Enhanced flexibility
Great way to collect your thoughts and have "you" time
Controlled weight
Improved quality of life
When you exercise, you are activating your lymphatic system which stores all the garbage
(dead cells and toxins) - if this system is not emptied regularly you get a build up which can
cause you to feel ill. Exercise not only stimulates your lymphatic system but it also helps draw dietary and metabolic acids from your tissue, sweat helps eliminate acids and improves blood circulation.
You must increase your oxygen intake which gives you energy and helps your blood flow.
Deep breaths help oxygenate your body as well.
Make exercising fun - listen to music, set goals so once you achieve them you feel a sense of pride and mix it up with some of the below:
Walking
Jogging
Cycling
Dancing
Swimming
Yoga
Pilates
Team Sports
Boxing
