Alive Foods
Why do we need Alive Foods? The body is ALIVE therefore it needs food which is ALIVE (Fruit, Vegetables, Nuts/Seeds, Legumes, Wholegrains) to give the body nutrients to do basic body functions such as: giving you energy, renewing cells, protecting your body from parasites and viruses, waste removal, making sure your blood is regulated at the right temperature etc...
If you don't give your body enough ALIVE foods your immune defence systems will slacken and the body will become so acidic and run down that it makes a perfect environment for sickness, disease and eventually cancer.
